The company has deep experience in these fields.  Much of this work necessitates new approaches to information technology and its architectural design to take full advantage of the rapid changes in the technological landscape that have happened over the last 3 to 5 years.

The benefits of evolving these processes and systems from being bespoke and specific to a decision support platform that enables all participants to ‘work-as-one’ are incalculable. Until recent years achieving this type of outcome has been nearly impossible.  Now with the advent of redundant cloud computing on demand, APIs,  3G and 4G networks, GPS and smartphones, this is technically and commercially practical. Business and process engineering improvement is a journey that never ends.  Critical to achieving sustainable and ongoing innovation requires all of an organisation to be active and passionate, focusing on the right things and obtaining the correct feedback.

This organisational sustainability can be extremely difficult where the supply chain is complex and involves different companies, for example,  independent dealers, freight forwarders and trucking companies. Developing the correct business approach and KPIs is the other key part of Differential’s skills. Invariably this leads to initiatives to acquire the correct data, process this into KPIs and make it available to ALL key stakeholders.
